		<description>It doesn't slow down by itself, that's for sure.  We keep trying to slow it (May! Fark!) but as you say, then your back goes or sickness comes or something  unplanned for happens. 

An old friend once tole me he never aims for more than one thing per day. This was before kids, of course. It's such a heady idea and so impossible now.  And the trouble with holidays is you pay when you get back and there's all the stuff you didn't do for seven days and the new stuff.

I dunno, it's a hard one.</description>
