Eventually, I tried the first one Kubrickr suggests: &quot;cat&quot;. The rest is, as they say, obvious. 

In more technical news: I&#039;ve made a template which should make creating new headers a little easier. I&#039;m not sure how to deal with the font selection, though.</description>
