I was trying the automatic Kubrick Header Tool (aka <a href="http://redalt.com/Tools/Kubrickr" rel="nofollow">Kubrickr</a>). None of my search terms worked. Eventually, I tried the first one Kubrickr suggests: "cat". The rest is, as they say, obvious. In more technical news: I've made a template which should make creating new headers a little easier.
